About me

Hello Pirates!  I am a south Sacramento native and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in my spare time. This year will be my 8th year at NP3 and I couldn't have asked for a better educational family! I've been teaching Health in Natomas Unified for over 20 years and I absolutely love it! I've also taught several other health related courses throughout my teaching career and have been involved with several other academic intervention and focused programs for students and teachers. I received my bachelor's degree from San Jose State in Health Science, my master's degree in Best Practices at National University and I have my Pupil Personal Services (PPS) credential for school counseling. I'm looking forward another great year of working with all the amazing students and staff here at NP3!
