Welcome to Hale P.E.

Welcome to Hale Physical Education! Phys Ed is a great way for
students to learn how to cooperate together in an active environment. Students will have to work together with students of all different levels of experience to achieve success, and enjoyment of the activity.

Current Unit

  • Fitness Test
    Students will be participating in the yearly Fitness Test, which we do each Spring.  Students are also asked to set a goal based upon one test (maybe their favorite, maybe their want to improve) and they are encouraged and helped towards that goal.

    Day 1 -
    Sit-ups, Shuttle Run, Flexed Arm hang

    Day 2 - Sit & Reach, Push-ups

    Day 3 - Mile Run
