Service Membership

The Coway Lady or Service Technician provides servicing involving filter change, sanitation, product check-up and part replacement at scheduled intervals of every 3 to 4 months.

Table below shows the differences between the service membership for outright purchase customers and rental customers.

Please note that outright purchase customers enjoy free complimentary service similar to rental customers during the first year.

The above service membership is applicable only if you choose outright purchase option of the Coway products. Although you could opt not to subscribe to the service membership upon expiry of the 1-year free complimentary service, you are advised against it since cessation to do the scheduled servicing could affect performance of your Coway products.

Should you decide on the rental option instead of outright purchase, you need not worry about the requirement to carry out part replacement or maintenance since the rental has already included membership servicing.
