DAZ 3D Victoria 5

Daz 3D has announced the launch of DAZ 3D Victoria 5 Download Software. DAZ 3D Victoria 5 Download Software is the poster-child that best shows off all the real possibilities of Genesis and the supporting technology. DAZ 3D Victoria 5 Download is not only a part of the Genesis figure platform, but she is the premier Genesis figure shape that truly exemplifies all that Genesis has to offer.

It's been over 11 years since "Millennium Woman" Victoria 1 was introduced back in May of 2000... Victoria's come a long way since then. Built upon the Genesis figure platform, Victoria 5 is the poster-child that best shows off all the real possibilities of Genesis and the supporting technology. We're very excited to share her with you, and are happy to say that the wait is almost over.

Victoria 5 is not only a part of the Genesis figure platform, but she is the premier Genesis figure shape that truly exemplifies all that Genesis has to offer. Victoria 5 is most valuable as an expansion of Genesis because in this way she opens up a wealth of possibilities by drawing upon the entire Genesis "gene-pool" of figures, present and future. As part of the Genesis series, Victoria 5 can make full use of all other Genesis products and add-ons, like the Evolution: Muscle Morphs product. By being part of Genesis, Victoria 5 adds not just two new shapes to the pool of Genesis figures, but an exponential set of new blending options as the Victoria 5 shapes will work with every other Genesis shape as well.

With the advent of Victoria 5 to the other Genesis shapes, you'll have access to a whole new array of possible figure shapes. Interested in getting the new She-Freak 5? Once you have Victoria and Genesis together (via the Genesis Freak shape) you can make your own - even a whole clan of new She-Freaks. Interested in a new set of Young Teen females? Blend Victoria 5 with the Genesis Kid shape and create your own squad of high school cheerleaders. Thanks to the Genesis platform, all of this (and way more) is possible without breaking clothing compatibility, or without you having to wait months or years for every new figure release.

Thanks to DAZ Studio 4's auto-morph generation, clothes and other add-ons created for the Genesis figure will automatically fit to the Victoria 5 shapes. There are limitations to what this automated process can achieve and as a result, it is not uncommon for content creators to make adjustments to the automated results for certain add-on pieces. Thanks to the power of the new platform, these corrections are also automatically applied behind the scenes without need for any action from the end-user, users simply see the final result as intended by the content creator.

The Victoria 5 product contains much more than just new shapes for the Genesis line of figures. Beside the two full body shapes and one new head shape that Victoria 5 comes with, there has been extensive work done to improve the bending even beyond what the base Genesis figure enjoys. Additionally, there are over 100 Victoria 5 specific improvements to existing morph shapes (eg, the body morph "heavy" was adjusted to match the Victoria 5 shape even better). Victoria 5 also includes a set of general poses and even extra breast shapes made specific to her own form. Victoria 5 also comes standard with her own full Elite skin texture.

What you can do with Victoria 5 in Poser 9/Poser Pro 2012:
    * Load the same Victoria 5 shapes
    * Bend, scale, pose
    * Use morphs that came across as part of the CR2 export
    * Render

What you can NOT do with Victoria 5 in Poser 9/Poser Pro 2012:
  • Benefit from SubD being applied after the figure is posed, for dynamic smoothing of the model (Poser has its own approach to smoothing a mesh at render time, but it is not the same)
  • Dynamically add morphs to the figure after the figure ships as a product, without an interim step.
  • Automatic Morph generation, the ability to automatically generate morphs on fitted clothing when a morph on the underlying figure is dialed up
  • Automatically swap out UV's and materials via a preset file
  • Use "Smart Content" (meta-data) that is used to simplify the content selection and usage experience for the user.
