Mission: The Teaching and Learning Cooperative at Mount Saint Mary College (TLC @ the Mount) promotes the professional development of faculty who embody the College’s commitment to academic excellence. To achieve its mission, the TLC provides professional development and mentoring activities that promote student learning as well as faculty teaching, scholarship, and service. The TLC serves as a resource and support system of pedagogically sound practices for faculty to investigate, experiment with, and utilize diverse, research-based instructional activities.
