Stress Recess

This site is provided by the University of Texas Counseling and Mental Health Center.
This website will allow students to explore how stressed they are and how to manage the stress they are experiencing.  There are three stages of stress on this website: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.  To find out where a student lands on the stress scale, a self quiz is provided.  Then depending on the stress level, there are tips on how to manage stress.
