  • Akwaaba Ensemble Our artist-in-residence event on Tuesday, March 21 was a huge success.  Artists Theo Martey and Namory Keita, members of the Akwaaba Ensemble, led a day long African Drumming, Dancing, and Music Residency for all students.  They ended the day with a school wide assembly performance.  Our kindergartners learned about Ghanaian culture, music and dance and all students were invited to participate in a drumming workshop.
