Honolulu Community College Summer Automotive Academy (FREE)
Robert Silva will be here this Friday, 3/3/17 1:45PM; Sign up in HH101 or on Naviance
Open to Juniors and Seniors
Six weeks: June 13, 2017- July 21, 2017
Interning (upaid) with a Cutter Dealership
Class work at HCC
Receive 4 college credits towards an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Automotive Technology
Complete an application; Interview; Health clearance; Driver's license (highly recommended)

Honolulu Community College Summer Construction Academy (FREE)
Calvin Matutino will be here this Friday, 3/3/17 2:00PM; Sign up in HH101 or on Naviance
Open to students entering grades 10-12 and 2017 high school graduates 
Preference given to any current Construction Academy student and IET pathway student, however any high school student welcome to apply.
Five weeks: June 5, 2017- July 7, 2017
Learn about various trades: Small Vessel Fabrication and Repair, Carpentry Technology, Sheet Metal and Plastics Technology and Welding Technology.
Will be registered in a non-credit course, Exploring the Trades
Complete an application due March 17.

 June 2, 2017- June 9, 2017 Atherton YMCA
College Camp is a leadership and college access experience for Hawaii high school students from title 1 high schools that supports, motivates, and encourages the students to graduate and pursue higher education. The experience involves campus tours, workshops, career-related networking events, and relationship building with current college student mentors .

Mandatory Criteria: 
High School Graduating Class of 2019 (Juniors in the Fall) Student at a Title I High School in the State of Hawaii Students must: 
1) Complete the online application
 2) Send a letter of recommendation from a teacher, adviser or counselor via email 
3) Email or fax a copy of your most recent transcript to 955-0893 (fax)
