  • Janarjan Bhandari successfully defends Ph.D. thesis in Atmospheric Sciences On July 2nd, 2018, our group member, Janarjan Bhandari, successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in Atmospheric Sciences at MTU with a presentation titled: "Effects of Shape and Structure of Atmospheric Particles on Climate". Congratulations, Janarjan!

Overview of Research Activities and Motivations

The research activities in the Environmental Optics Laboratory started in 2008 and are aimed at studying atmospheric processes regulating climate and affecting air quality. In particular, we are interested in studying the processes involving atmospheric aerosols and clouds.
