Montgomery High School TEAMS National Conference

Montgomery High School TEAMS is an engineering team that participates in the national TEAMS competition every year. This year, they focused on topics in environmental engineering, including passive solar heating, transportation infrastructure, and climate change. All of their teams (8 members each) qualified for the national conference in Atlanta, GA and participated in the three sub-competitions at the conference. These competitions included digital media (create a engineering consulting firm ad), prepared presentation (propose a transportation infrastructure solution), and problem solving (test and build portion both related to thermodynamics and solar heating). All four of the teams that competed at the conference won medals in these events!
