Belief is a wise wager. Granted that faith cannot be proved, what harm will come to you if you gamble on its truth and it proves false? If you gain, you gain all; if you lose, you lose nothing. Wager, then, without hesitation, that He exists. - Blaise Pascal
Hello! Welcome to my classroom. I am Miss Kobishop and I am your child's math teacher. I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and then talk about the usefulness of this website.

As I said above, I am Miss Kobishop, also known as Miss K to your child. I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with my degree in elementary education and my minor in math. I moved from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania last summer in June and am slowly becoming less Midwest and more East Coast. I am a die hard Packers fan. On Sundays, you can find me decked out in green and gold… and, of course, my cheesehead. I love rollerblading, going to movies, playing basketball and volleyball and talking with my family.

Above: A picture of my family from my brother's wedding in June 2016. From left to right: My brother in law, Evan; my sister Michelle holding my niece, Maya; my dad, Bruce; my mom, Marian; my brother, John; my brother, Ben; his wife, my sister-in-law, Annie; my brother, Matt; myself and my fiancé, Zach.

I have created this website so there is better communication between myself and parents. I want the parents to be in the loop and constantly know what is happening in class. This website will be filled with homework assignments, links to helpful websites and updates from class.

Above: There is nothing better than watching Aaron Rodgers connect with Jordy Nelson on a Sunday afternoon.

Above: My fiancé, Zach, and I dressed up for Halloween as one of my favorite book characters -- the mouse from "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie".
