Welcome to the Marysville School District!  We are excited to offer our families flexibility and convenience in completing their student's registration paperwork.  Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our three step process.  Included are also frequently asked questions and information.  Staff at our neighborhood schools are also available to answer any questions you may have.
Step 1:  What school will my student attend?
Kindergarten - 8th Grade
Enter your address and student's grade level into the VersaTrans elink (Username: school1 or you can use school2, or school3, Password: search) on our district Transportation page to determine your student's neighborhood school OR call the district's Transportation office at 360-653-0835.

9th - 12th Grade
You may register in person at the Marysville School District Office, 4220 80th Street NE.  The District Office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.  If you have questions, please call the High School Registrar at 360-653-0871.

Step 2:  What forms do I complete?
Kindergarten - 8th Grade
Download and complete the required registration forms  (Step 3) then turn them in to your neighborhood school.   Please bring your student's most current list of immunizations.  A birth certificate (or similar document such as a passport)  is required for Kindergarten and 1st grade.

Please note:  Neighborhood schools for grades K-8 may request parents/guardians complete additional enrollment and/or information forms other than what is outlined in     Step 3.

9th - 12th Grade
Please bring your student's most current transcript, immunizations and, if applicable, their IEP (Individualized Education Plan).  Feel free to review the High School Selection Process Q&A along with the High School Selection Guide (information for 8th grade students and parents to assist them in preparation for selection of a high school for freshman year).  

Information Fairs / Open House opportunities for the 8th grade selection process are available in February/March of each year.

Washington State Graduation Requirements:  All public high school students are required to meet statewide graduation requirements in order to earn a diploma.  The goals is that more students will be better prepared to meet 21st-century demands in their working and personal lives.  Parents and students may visit the OSPI website for additional information on earning a diploma and to learn more about the state requirements.
Step 3:  Enrollment / Registration Documents
Required Documents:
  • Birth Certificate for Kindergarten and 1st grade
    • (or similar document, such as passport)
  • List of Immunizations
Registration Packets: 
Kindergarten only
Be sure to complete all information and, if applicable, attach any court documents relating to guardianship or a parenting plan.

Please note:  Neighborhood schools may request parents/guardians to complete additional enrollment forms and/or information.
