The Institute of Mathematical and Theoretical Physics at Michigan State University will host the second Great Lakes Mathematical Physics Meeting, June 23-25, 2017.

Confirmed speakers include: David Damanik (Rice U), Ian Jauslin (IAS), Thomas Chen (UT Austin), Mei Yin (U Denver), Bob Sims (U Arizona) and Ramis Movassagh (IBM)

Friday will be focused on young researchers, with a three lecture mini-course and a round table discussion on career issues. Saturday and Sunday will feature invited lectures and a round table discussion on current research topics in mathematical physics. Each day there will be a session of twenty minute short talks by young researchers. The meeting will be of broad interest to researchers working in mathematical physics. Thus the invited speakers work in diverse fields.

Registration for the conference is closed.  Information about the conference activities can be found at the above links.
