Community Service


For the 2016-2017 school year, 25 hours of community service are required.
Community Service hours will now be submitted electronically.

(It should take less than 5 minutes to submit your hours)

Please submit a Google form (see above) for every community service activity or event you participate in as soon as you are able to do so.  It will be easier to keep track of your hours if you promptly document and submit your them.  Please make sure you have a name, phone number and email address (if available) for whoever supervised your service hours.  

**Hours will not be accounted for unless you provide all requested information.

To receive full credit for Community Service hours, students are required to submit a typed reflection electronically to Mr. Stevens by June 1, 2017.  This reflection should include students' feelings and thoughts on their community service experiences (no required length).  

The new submission process allows students to save an electronic copy of each community service form submission which will allow for better organization of your hours and activities, which will help when writing your final reflection.
