April 15th - 18th, 2025
Through the Educational Travel Adventure group, students will take a customized 4 day tour led by a certified tour manager of our nation’s capitol. Highlights of our tour include, but are not limited to: US Capitol, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Arlington National Cemetery, National Air and Space Museum, The White House, The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, U.S. Museum of African-American History and Culture, various Smithsonian Museums and the National Zoo. We also visit many of the various monuments and memorials, including the Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Vietnam War and Korean War Memorials, World War II Memorial, and 9/11 Memorial at the Pentagon. We will conclude our trip with a nighttime dinner cruise on the Potomac River.
This trip, done through a professional travel group with more than twenty years of experience, takes our classroom curriculum and discussions and brings it to life. As we move to a more interactive and personalized approach to learning and teaching it is important that we engage students in a way that forms connections and makes life long connections.
