MUSIC:    HS trumpets during intervention today.  MS Bands, please take this extended opportunity to fully enjoy your winter carnival and PRACTICE!!

MIDDLE SCHOOL WINTER CARNIVAL SCHEDULE:  
There will be a food drive this week sponsored by the MS student council for this upcoming week. Let's all help out our local food cupboard by bringing in non-perishable food such as canned goods like vegetables, fruit, pasta such as macaroni and spaghetti, cereals, Jell-o, puddings, jellies, paper towels, toothpaste, etc.  Finally, the list below is for the Spirit Days this week.

THURSDAY: THROW BACK THURSDAY--any decade (50's, 60's, 70's, 80's 90's ---All clothing must follow the guidelines listed in our handbook.
FRIDAY: PENQUIS PRIDE--Wear school colors (RED, WHITE, BLUE)!

There is a new driver’s ed sign up sheet with Alexander Driving School is now in the office. Driver’s ed will begin on Monday, February 26, from 2:45-5:45 for 10 afternoons, usually Mondays and Wednesdays.  

SENIORS:     JOSTEN’s will be here today, Wednesday morning for cap and gown measurements as well s graduation announcement orders.   .  

SPORTS:

Thursday, 2/8 HS boys basketball @ Lee 6:00, bus 4:00
    HS girls game postponed from yesterday will be made up today with Schenck here @ Penquis with a 4:30 start time because of officials.    This will be senior night for girls basketball and male band members.

Friday, 2/9 HS girls basketball @ Orono 4:30, bus 3:30 this is a closed scrimmage, no fans allowed in

Saturday, 2/10 Rec. Dept. travel tournament

The MS winter sports banquet will be Thursday, 2/15 at 5:30 in the cafeteria.  This will be an ice cream social.
