Hooked on Fishing - Not on Drugs, Family Fun Day at Harris Pond by the Kiwanis building on June 16 from 9 AM to 1 PM.  Bring your own fishing poles and worms to enjoy a family fun day of fishing.  Kiwanians will provide hot dogs, chips and water.  Ages 15 and under.

At 9 a.m. we will be wishing best wishes to our Special Olympians as well as farewell to our graduating Seniors.  You will be called to the front loop by intercom and then again at 2:00 p.m. we will gather again to congratulate Symeria and the middle school baseball team as they compete for championship

“Congrats to the MS baseball on their victory yesterday over Somerset 8-6.   They advance to the Penquis League small division championship. The offense was led by Alvin R, who reached base 4 times, had 2 hits, and scored 3 runs. Cayden C had a big return to the line-up, hitting 2 singles and scoring twice.  Grady A had 2 RBI.  Brady G got the win on the mound pitching 5 innings, while Grady came in to get a 6-out save. The boys will play against Millinocket tomorrow at 4:00 for the Penquis League Championship.  For many of these boys it is their 3rd Championship game this school year!  Please come out and support them as they go for the win!!

 

Congrats to the MS Softball on their successful season!  

 

High school Girls Basketball: Please get all paperwork back to Ms. M for Summer Basketball. ASAP

allowed to fall in order to reveal undergarments.

 

SPORTS:

 

Congratulations to Cymeria R for winning the State Class C Championship in the long jump and the triple jump yesterday! Great job Cymeria way to represent Patriot Nation. Cymeria also placed 3rd in the 100 yesterday.

Also a shout out to Adam S for competing in the States yesterday also.

Cymeria has qualified for the New England Championships this Saturday.

 

Congrats to the MS softball team on their play-off victory over Greenville yesterday.

 

The team advances to the semi-finals this Wednesday, 6/6 @ PCMS 4:00.

Seniors:  If you are going on the Senior Rafting Trip Monday Please be at Penquis at 6:15 AM.  The bus leaves promptly at 6:30.  Senior class meeting today during intervention in Mrs. DeMaris room.  

 

FRIDAY evening from 5-7 p.m. in the gymnasium the JMG will be conducting their final closing ceremony for the year with special guest speaker, Paul Davis.   All are welcome to attend.

Be at Maine Savings Credit Union at 9:30 a.m. for the 10:0 a.m. parade.  The theme is “Thank You First Responders!” Come see Mr. Monroe, Mrs. Bradeen, Mrs. Richards and others in the parade!!!    

 

Student’s in Grades 9-11:   Please leave your signed course sign-up sheets in the bin on the round table in the guidance office or leave them with Mrs. Richards in the main office.  These are due back by Friday. Please also complete a paper application if you want to apply for TCTC, this is a separate app from Mrs. Mallett.   

 

SENIORS:  Final sign off sheets are available in the main office must be completed by end of day Friday.
