MECA Conference 2015
Education Unplugged
February 3-4, 2015
The executive board of the Mississippi Educational Computing Association invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the 2015 conference at the Jackson Convention Complex in Jackson, MS. This conference attracts K-12 teachers, education technology leaders, curriculum specialists, community college instructors, higher education faculty, and school administrators to gather in Jackson to learn how to integrate technology into the classrooms.
This year's theme is Education Unplugged. No longer are our students limited to the four walls of the classroom. Technologies such as Skype and FaceTime allow students to interact with students from around the United States and even the world! With the implementation of Common Core State Standards, students are being asked to use technology in ways they have never been asked to before. The MECA executive board wants to highlight technologies and teachers that are helping students learn in new and exciting ways!
