Vmps Tri It Boot Camp for Women

Vmps Tri-It Boot Camp for Women is a half day triathlon training immersion program for beginners. The boot camp is designed to help women improve their triathlon skills while having fun and meeting new people. In small groups led by certified USA Triathlon certified coaches, participants rotate through skills clinics in swimming, cycling, running, and transitions before regrouping to complete a mini triathlon that consists of a 50 yard pool swim, 3.5 mile bike ride, and a 1 mile run or walk.
