Should I Use a Powermeter on Race Day?

I'm a very data-focused person and find that the greatest value of PM data is for post session analysis. Every race I do is with a PM; on the other hand, I do mount the PM under my seat to collect the data in a non-distracting fashion. For me, I rely on RPE when training and racing; this works best for me, I've lots of years competing, and I regularly assess my RPE ratings. On the other hand, I still want the data for post analysis, and being obsessive, mounting the PM head underneath my seat keeps me from focusing on the numbers on the screen while riding. Kinda of odd, but perhaps others might find it worth trying....
