Welcome to the course website for 9th grade AP Human Geography! Use the menu on the left to navigate through the course. Within each unit page you will find general unit information, and links to readings, assignments and resources. Because we have the advantage of the use of iPads/Chromebooks in the classroom, I expect every student to stay updated through this site. Pay close attention to the calendar below. You can keep track of upcoming due dates for important assignments!

Ms. Sykes' Bio
Hi! My name is Lindsay Sykes. I have been teaching at Washburn High School since 2008. I majored in History at the University of Minnesota and earned my Masters of Education in the Post-Bac program at the 'U' as well. I have taught every grade level and almost every subject in my time at Washburn. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family (pictured at left), reading, gardening, and cooking.
