With your group please research one of the following people and write a brief biography; make sure to include Who, What, When Where, and Why. Please explain whether you would consider them a Leader, a Warlord, or a Dictator; explain what the difference is. Please define International Criminal Court somewhere in your article. Make sure to cite all research sources at the bottom. Be prepared to present your work in a news article format, including a headline, by this Wednesday.
