Welcome to the Mounds View Curriculum Advisory Committee

This is going to be a fabulous year!

What is it?

The scope of the committee's work includes:

Why is it?

The CAC is an important demonstration of the partnership between the district and the community. It is one avenue through which parents and other community members can collaborate and provide input to the district’s most critical work—creating and maintaining the most favorable conditions for successful learning and effective teaching.  An active CAC assures that District curriculum work reflects multiple perspectives on needs, expectations, and opportunities that exist and that must be addressed.

Who is it?

CAC members are parents and other community members.  The committee reflects a balance of parents from throughout the district. Representatives of the principals, teachers, and District administrative staff also attend the meetings and participate actively.

When is it?

The committee will meet four (4) times in the 2022-2023 school year in the evening from 6 - 7:30 PM PM.  We will meet on the following dates:

Where is it?

Meetings will be held at District Education Center  4570 Victoria St NW, Shoreview, MN 55126.  Please see the schedule above for exact dates.
