Parent Notification Forms

Applications that provide a portfolio for students including photos or videos of students and work require specific permission forms. Examples are Seesaw and FlipGrid.

If you are using any video tool for internal use only (for example, microteaching, student teaching or assessment), you must inform parents. This information can be included in your syllabus or other parent communication.
