O'Day 25 on the Columbia

Columbia River Channel (Bridgeton Road)

2009 & 10
I have installed a mast plate, deck organizer, rope clutches & winch so halyards and boom wang run aft to cockpit.
I had to modify the handrail to make room for the lines. This makes solo sailing so easy and fun. The original design was not solo friendly.

Pressure wash after the long winter. May 2011

Getting the swing keel repaired. The O'Day 25 had a manufacturing defect where the keel tends to swell up and stick inside the housing. We had to pry it open, and then extensively sand it to free up its radial motion. This picture was taken in July 2009.
