Dear Students,
Please find attached, the amended schedule for Clll Culinary Arts and Patisserie students.
Classes will begin today as follows.
Culinary Arts Students:
Module: Foundation of Culinary Arts
Group: Group 1 only
Venue: Basic Kitchen, 3rd Floor
Time: 5pm - 10pm
Attire: Chefs Uniform (Chefs Jacket, Pants, Neck Tie, Hair Net, Chef's Hat, Socks, Fully covered black shoes)
Patisserie Students:
Module: Basic Decoration
Venue: Bakery, 2nd Floor
Time: 5pm - 10pm
Attire: Chefs Uniform (Chefs Jacket, Pants, Neck Tie, Hair Net, Chef's Hat, Socks, Fully covered black shoes)
Things to bring: A small notebook and pen
Note:
Students who haven't received their uniforms, please wear Collared white shirts, Black pants and Fully covered Black shoes, and White hijab.
Those who do not wear hijab, please cover your hair with a hair net.
Students who do not obey the uniform guidelines will not be allowed inside the class.
