Exhibit Hall Registration

Beyond the educational sessions, this year's Fall Symposium will offer an interactive experience for attendees before, during, and after individual programs. The spacious Grand Ballroom D will serve host to the USAT Southeast Fall Symposium exhibit hall for up to 30 booths.  Half of the allocated space will go to retailers and service providers; the remaining half will be made available to regional USAT clubs, race directors and charities.  See details below.

Is your organization a Multisport Retailer or Service Provider?
 
1. Exhibitor Single Booth (10' x 10') - $500 or Double Booth (10' x 20') - $800.
 
2. Exhibitors may include power to their respective booths for additional fees during the registration process. 

3.  USAT Southeast Regional Council has final approval authority on these 15 booths.
 
Are you a USAT registered club, race director or charity?

1.  USAT Southeast will waive the registration fee of $500 for up to 15 USAT registered clubs, race directors or charities that supports the region.  You must be a registered USAT entity that supports the Southeast region to take advantage of this opportunity.  YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE A NOMINAL FEE OF $5.00

2.  Power is not included as part of the $500 waiver and must be purchased separately during registration.

3.  USAT Southeast Regional Council has final approval authority on these 15 booths.

NOTE:  Internet access is not included for this event.  Exhibitors wanting/needing Internet access area encouraged to look at purchasing air cards.
