 TDF is a 60 minute class that is divided up into cardio, strength, and abs. The class contains circuit blasts alternating between strength and cardio moves and includes a “challenge block” in every class. TDF Bootcamp includes modifications for group exercise/small group training environments while offering exercise progressions to challenge all participants. When done consistently participants will increase their strength, flexibility and cardio endurance. This is an intense class that is guaranteed to give you the results you have been looking for.
Sweaty Betties Bootcamp
 is 20-30 min HIGH INTENSITY Full Body Calorie Torching Class. Circuits are Challenge Blocks that are muscle-bulding, muti-joint exercises done with little rest, performed at the clients pace and geared to build strength, muscle and burn fat in a short amount of time. They are generally performed by alternating upper with lower body and/or using Sweaty Betties adapted moves for time and/or a specified repetitions.

Classes held at Milton Middle School on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm.  
 With a $5 drop-in or 6 classes for $25.
