WEEKLY MEETINGS
The Environmental Council meets every Friday afternoon from 2:05-3:00pm in Miss Hamilton's Room. We recycle white paper and then have bi-weekly meetings. In each meeting, we focus on an environmental issue in the news.

Ink Cartridge & Cell Phone Recycling 2016-17
The Environmental Council group collects used cell phones and empty ink cartridges for recycling. Each term we run a contest for members. Prizes are given to the students who bring in the most cell phones and ink cartridges. You may also drop them by room A201 or the main office any time.

Recycing on Friday Afternoons

Mrs. Bennett Joins in The Afternoon Fun

WEEKLY RECYCLING
 
Every Friday afternoon, council members collect white paper from class rooms and offices for recycling. Each classroom has a RED barrel for the recycled paper.
 
The senior Environmental Science class & the grade 7 science orbital class
 help out by collecting and recycling the paper in the Junior High School as a community service component of their class.
