You can add images, tables, word art, hyperlinks, and many other items to your sheet using the Insert menu.
Creating Graphs:
Using the insert menu you can turn your data into a graph or chart. Format the different parts of your graph to show your data accordingly.
Sorting Data:
To make data analysis easier, you can sort your data by the various entries in the different columns.
Adding Conditional Formatting:
You can also add font color and cell fills based on the data that is found in each cell. You can add multiple rules to make the cells show you what the data means.
Downloading the File:
You can download your Sheet as an Excel file or a PDF to share with others, or send via email.
