Open the webpage www.gmail.com in your internet browser.  

Your email address is your same Milford email address. (e.g. sboyle@milfordma.com).

Your temporary password is milfordps (all lowercase). You may need to do a security check to make sure the login is an actual human – just enter the characters you see in the box on your screen.

When you login for the first time, you will need to accept the terms of using the Google platform.

You are now logged in!

You can use the Gmail tutorial provided in your browser, and I will be providing a tutorial of popular Gmail function you may find useful..
