Professionally, I have eight years of teaching experience, ten years of administrative experience, and have earned five degrees: two bachelor's degrees (education and communication), a master's degree (communication), a specialist and doctorate (education leadership). In addition to serving as principal of Milan Middle School, I serve as Past-President of the Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association (MEMSPA). I have been active in leading and advocating within the organization at the state level for the past three years. I also teach graduate classes at Concordia University in Ann Arbor in Education Leadership. Everything that I do professionally involves my passions: education and leadership.
I am passionate about teaching and learning, and I strive to serve our community, students, and staff. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the amazing professionals at MAS to help our students reach their fullest potential and come closer to their brightest futures.
