Who Uses Content 7?

Content 7 is used by Middlebury to centralize our official document archive.  As of December 2, 2016, Advancement has added over 4000 documents.  Documentation and instructions for adding material can be found here.

Documents added to Content 7 are tagged with several key data points that can be searched by end users. For example,
constituent name and ID number, designation, document type, and document date are all categories that can be searched.   Content 7 is for storage of things like:
  • Documents of historical significance to Advancement
