KEY CLUB PLEDGE

INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS

TREASURER’S REPORT: $20.00 dues deadline is tonight  See Mr. Hall for questions. Also each member needs to fill out an information sheet so that we have you updated address, etc.
REPORTS OF RECENT AND ONGOING ACTIVITIES:

Remind 101: If you haven’t signed up, please do.

Canned Food: 4 cans for 1 hour with a max of 3 hours each month. Bring cans to A67 before school.

Candy Sales: 2 hours credit for a $25 bag. Candy can be picked up in A67.

MHS Activity Calendar: We hope to have this out in the next week.

No Shows: We have had a few bad experiences with people not showing up for shifts and they have been an embarrassment to the club. Sad that everyone works so hard and then a few make all look bad. The board will be  monitoring this and unfortunately will have to act on it if it continues.

Committees: Our goal is to have anyone who wishes an opportunity at leadership in the club. The committee system is one way to do this. Please check the list of committees and sign up for those you are most interested in. Also indicate    if you want to be a chairperson. If possible, turn them in tonight or else bring to Mr. Hall tomorrow morning.
