    November 1, 2017

    CALL TO ORDER

    KEY CLUB PLEDGE

TREASURER’S REPORT: If you didn’t sell any greenery, you can still turn in a late order but it needs to be in

tomorrow morning. A few have candy money out. Please get that in.

Trick or Treat for UNICEF: Great job collecting $1,184.00 which is enough to furnish life saving shots to 658 babies

as we continue to ELIMINATE maternal and neonatal tetanus around the world.

Greenery Sales: We area over $16,000 which is good but not a record by any means. If anyone still has possible sales,

please get them as the company will allow us to add to our order. Thanks to all who pushed this important fund-

raiser. We really need it for some of our projects that help so many in town.

Canned Food: 4 cans for 1 hour, max of 3 hours per month; Pet Food: 2 treats or 1 bag of food for 1 hour.

Candy: Bags of 25 bars can be picked up in A67 before school. 2 hours per bag.

Club shirt: Some designs ideas are starting to come in. If you have an idea, get it to a board member.

Committees: These have been formed based on your request. If anyone did not get on a committee and wants to be, see

President Jackson to get assigned. Committees need to begin meeting and organizing immediately.

Hour Chart: The hour chart should now be up to date. Check to see where you are. Ideally everyone should have at

least 10 hours by this time.

Concession move: We need a short shift to finish moving things from the football concessions to inside the school. A

truck would help but is not necessary. Wed (8th), 3:30. Meet at football field.

Toy/Coat/Food Drive: We had a good shift last Friday and got basically everything moved to our building. Now we

sort and wrap and get collection boxes ready. Thurs (9th) and Tues (14th), both at 3:30.

Wee Care Chicken Dinner: Sat (11th), 3:30-7:30. St. Anne’s in Raddle. Again, they are a huge supporter and we need

to help them out with this  as much of the money will come back to us.

St. Andrew’s Veterans’ Luncheon: Thurs (9th), 10:30-12:30. Serving the meal; wear red, white and/or blue if possible.

Madrigal Dinner Coat Check: Sat (11th); dress neatly; meet in gym. 5:30-8:30. Pizza provided.

Kiwanis/Knights of Columbus Chicken & Dumpling Dinner: Sun (12th), major fund-raiser for both groups and both

support us a lot. Dress neatly. Mainly running dessert table and clearing tables. 10:30-12:30 and 12:30-2:30. You can

also get hours for bringing a dessert. Either take it there that day or bring it to the Key Club office Friday morning.

Plus you get hours for selling tickets.

Manor Court Bingo: Sun (12th), 1:30; need workers and food.

    St. Andrew’s After School: 3:30-5:00; Thurs (2nd), Fri (3rd), Mon (6th), Tues (7th), Wed (8th), Thurs (9th), Mon (13th),
