Meet
Ms. Kreuser
5th Grade

I am excited and honored to be starting my 29th year as a teacher at Merton School.  My journey started in 1988 as a graduate from UW-Whitewater with a 1st-8th grade Bachelor’s degree in Education and Health Minor.  I began my career at Merton as a 6th grade teacher and an 8th grade girls basketball coach which continued for 20 years.  In 1994, I earned my Master’s Degree in Education from Carroll College. From 2005-2014, I taught both 5th and 6th grade as part of the looping program.  I am now enjoying teaching 5th grade Science and Math.

Throughout my career at Merton, I have been a part of many curriculum writing committees and have received training in PLTW and STEM, first aid and first responder, PBIS, Readers and Writers Workshop Training at Teachers College in New York, and Google Certification, as highlights to in my career.
