course fulfills a physical education requirement of graduation.
Course Description: This participation based
course is designed to improve your skills in basketball, volleyball,
wrestling, or any NYO event. The workouts will be based upon the sport
you want to focus on. The improvements you make will be dependent upon
your effort. The goal/purpose of the course is to give athletes an
opportunity to become bigger, faster, and stronger. The course content
will consist of cardio-vascular conditioning, plyometrics, agility drills,
weight training, and skill development. If you have a desire to
improve as an athlete this is a course you should consider taking.
