These profound words were spoken to the Mount Edgecumbe Small Business one day as they were collaborating on the classes business plan by Mr. Gurule, principal of Mount Edgecumbe High School. This support spurred them on our Livin’ on the Edge campaign for homeless awareness. Half of the total profits gleaned from the sales of their high quality, allergy-free, silicone wristbands will go to the Homeless Initiative of Sitka. Promotion for this inspiring product has already gone statewide as a radio interview (http://www.kcaw.org/2012/03/05/mehs-students-mix-business-with-philanthropy/)

According to the last US Census (2011), there are over 70 people, families and individuals alike, who not so fortunate as to have a roof over their heads. Support them today, call 907.966.3249 and like us on facebook http://www.facebook.com/GETEDGE1293 Help make the future of Sitka brighter. Go Braves!
