School Based Mental Health Counseling

The Medford Area Public School District is pleased to provide School Based Mental Health Counseling for students with mental health needs in our school buildings.  We have a contract with Northwest Directions to provide these services. You can find out more information at http://www.nwcgc.com/contact.htm.  We can also contract with local mental health providers such as Counseling Connection to offer these services in our school buildings during the school day.  Payment for services is available through parental insurance or medicaid billing depending on eligibility.  For more information please contact a district School Psychologist, Emotional Behavioral Disabilities Teacher, School Guidance Counselor, Special Education Teacher, Building Principal, or the Director of Student Services/Special Education.  Attached below are the forms which will need to be completed for students to start receiving services.
