MY American Dream - FINAL

As part of their semester final, students will be creating a synthesizing project of their American dream.
The objectives of the final project are as follows:
  • Students will represent, present, and defend their ideas about the American dream as a tangible outcome.
  • Students will demonstrate comprehension and synthesis of content.
  • Students will give serious thought and honest expression to their hopes and dreams for their future.
Attached is the specific assignment explanation and the scoring rubric for the presentation that will be given the week prior to semester finals.

Prior to the work on the final project, students will take notes over the Purdue OWL Visual Rhetoric presentation.  http://owl.english.purdue.edu/media/ppt/20080316011354_729.ppt#259,1,Visual Rhetoric for Student Writers
