How To Log a Help Desk Ticket

Please remember when creating any ticket you must have your Fixed Asset number, School and Room number available.
  1. Send and Email to
  2. Use the New Technology Web Form
  3. Call 9036
  4. Check your Ticket Status by going to the Helpdesk
Things to Check before logging a ticket with Technology
  1. Check Network and Power Cords (power, network, mouse, etc.)
  2. Reboot device(s)
  3. Check the Help Desk FAQ's
  4. Check the Notification Page
  5. Make sure you are using the recommend browser:
    • Email & Google Apps - Chrome
    • Infinite Campus - Chrome or Firefox
    • Skyward - Chrome or Firefox
