I promise to use our school computers and iPads the right way!

Using My School Device

• I will listen to my teacher about how to use my school device.

• I will only use technology for schoolwork.

• I will ask a grown-up before changing anything on my device or adding new apps.

Staying Safe Online

• I will look only at my own screen.

• I will keep my password a secret.

• I will only use websites and apps my teacher tells me to.

• I will ask to copy pictures or words from the Internet.

Being Kind with Technology

• I will be a good friend when I use technology.

• I will use kind words online.

• I will ask before taking pictures or videos of anyone.

• If someone is mean with technology, I will tell a grown-up.

Taking Care of My Device

I promise to take good care of my school device:

• I will keep it clean (no stickers!).

• I will keep food and drinks away.

• I will carry it with two hands.

• I will open and close it gently.

• I will be gentle with the keys.

• If it breaks, I will tell my teacher right away.

I promise to use school technology safely, kindly, and respectfully. I will be a good digital citizen!
