Citing a source means you show where you found information and give credit to the creator. Usually, you do this by listing the books and internet sources you used in a bibliography page.
Be sure to cite as you go by recording the book title or web page address. It's hard to go back and find information again once you've moved on to a new task.
For printed items: Include the author, title, copyright year on your research.
For internet sources: Always include the page title, web address, and date you accessed it, even if you can't find an author to list.
