The purpose of this organization shall be to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, and to develop character in the students of McAllen High School.

The McAllen High School National Honor Society schedules their meetings for the first Thursday of every month. at 7:30 AM in the McHi Auditorium.
