 Maynard High School Senior Project
NEWS AND UPDATE

Just a reminder for all Senior project students to complete formal thank you letter and post it to your portfolio.  There is a sample letter on our teacher portfolio under internship that can be used as a reference.  You should include all adults who helped you in the process of your internship. This is due by May 24th.

Showcase Night a Success!

All Senior Project students displayed their work on May 1st.  A large crowd of family, friends, faculty and mentors were on hand to see the outcomes of the student work this year.  Below are some pictures of the event!

Save the Date!

May 1st at 7PM will be the Senior Project Showcase Night.  Please make sure you are there and that you have a display prepared to share with family, friends and invited guests the experiences you have had with Senior Project.

We will be discussing the content of the displays in class.

Things just got a little more exciting!

We just got word that our application to the Maynard Educational Fund has been accepted! This money will be used to establish a fund to which you can apply for money to cover expenses associated with your internship or project. This means that you will have funds available to you in order to complete the best project you can!

Details about applying are under the Portfolio Link on this page.  See Grant Application and get started today!

ABOUT SENIOR PROJECT

Senior Project is an independent research and internship program.  It challenges students to investigate issues and careers of their choice and to produce original research, design a project and serve in a volunteer role in that field. Senior Project applies 21st Century learning and skills to students' senior year.  It helps to prepare seniors for the work world they will face soon enough!
