For Parents

Welcome Fowler Families!

We would like to take this opportunity to remind parents and guardians that the Fowler School communicates information to parents electronically.  Ms. Seyller sends out a weekly email and we post our school newsletters and other information on our website.  If you have not received Ms. Seyller's weekly email, AND you do not have a “Fowler School” e-mail in your spam/junk box, please contact the office or check iPass to confirm that we have your correct e-mail address.  We will mail report cards only for those families without internet access if they on our list.  Please call the office even if you were on last year’s list to ensure you stay on the list.

We would also like to remind everyone to check the Fowler website frequently, check the “Daily Announcements”, Principal’s Weekly Update, the calendar, teacher website links, and iPass for student grades and more.

iPASS Information
This is how parents and students get grades, report cards, student schedules, as well as update your contact information and more!  If you haven't already registered, please do so ASAP!  It takes about 1 school day to be approved.  You will need your studen't ID # to register which can be found on their schedule handed out the first day of school, or may be written in their assignment book.  If you need any assistance, call the office.

If you do not have internet access, it is important that you contact the Fowler office so you will recieve your students grades when report cards go out!

Parent Teacher Organization
There are many ways to work with other parents and the school to support your children in their education.  The PTO offers opportunities for parents to participate.

Ways to Help Out Fowler School!

Did you know that there are many ways to help contribute to Fowler School?  Not just by volunteering at school, but by doing your everyday errands!

·   Box Tops – clip those box tops off your every day kitchen items before you throw away the box.  OR go to http://www.boxtops4education.com and Sign up by entering our zip code then selecting Fowler School to find ways to Click & Earn.  Twice a year the homeroom with the most box tops collected wins a pizza party!

·   Stop & Shop A+ School Rewards – Do you shop at Stop & Shop?  Sign up your Stop & Shop card either online at  www.stopandshop.com/aplus or with Fowler.  Stop & Shop will send Fowler School a check in June based on how many points were accumulated thru your purchases made during the school year.  This does not interfere with the gas points or any other promotion they offer.

·   Planet Aid box – drop off your unwanted clothing in the big yellow collection bin in the back parking lot near the soccer field.  We get paid by the pound!

·   Donate Wipes!  We need your help to keep the germs down during lunch by donating antibacterial wipes which we use to wash down lunch tables after each lunch time.

And teachers are always grateful for any donations of wipes and tissues in their classrooms.
