Welcome to the Maumee Volleyball Home Page! My name is Lindsay Vannett and I am the Head Varsity Coach of the Maumee Panthers. On this site you will find anything you would like to know about the Maumee program. Please look at the calendars link for any information about upcoming weight lifting, open gyms, meetings, and events. Please use this site as a reference as we build a strong program. Any forms you need for volleyball can also be found on this site. I look forward to the upcoming season and cannot wait to get started with all the returning players and the new and upcoming 8th grade class!

7/31/19- Tryout Times are as follows (they are different than before!)
                    August 1- 8-10:30am    and     11:30-1pm
                    August 2- 8-10:30

Athletes will have a conversation with the coaching staff before they leave on August 2. Good luck to all girls who are trying out this coming season. 

7/30/19- Spirit wear orders are now being accepted through team sports. The link is attached below along with a screenshot of the items available. There are certain items the athletes will be required to order and they will do this after tryouts have concluded on August 2nd. Spirit orders have to be purchased before 11:59 pm on Monday August 5. The site will not re-open for any reason. Any issues with ordering, please contact team sports directly.

7/31/19- Brynn Brown has verbally committed to Marshall University where she will be playing volleyball! Congrats Brynn!

7/31/19- Nicole Archambeau will be continuing her softball career at Kenyon College. We cannot wait to watch you in action! 

6/1/17- Breanna Demers will be attending Lourdes College this fall to continue her education. Congrats to Breanna as we look forward to seeing what your future will be!

6/1/17- Makaylee Wilgus will be continuing her education this coming fall at Owens in the nursing program. Good luck to Makaylee!

3/1/17- Ariel Moore signed her letter of intent to play softball at IPFW for the fall of 2017. Congratulations to Ariel on continuing her love of the game at the next level. She will major in Physical Education.

11/15/16- Ariel Moore and Breanna Demers will be playing in their last match as Maumee panthers. Both will be playing in the district all-star match tonight at 7 pm. The game will take place at Springfield High School. Please come out and support your Maumee lady panthers!

10/20/16- The panthers will take on the Napoleon Wildcats tonight in their last regular season home match. Senior night will begin at 6 pm with the match to follow. Come out and support your lady panthers!

9/14/16- Breanna Demers was selected as Athlete of the week for the Maumee Mirror! Congratulations Breanna!

11/17/15- Tara Slupecki will be playing in her final match as a Maumee panther. Tara will be playing in the district 7 senior all-star match tonight at Springfield High School. Please come out and support! Match will start at 7 pm. 

4/28/14- Macy Stichler has decided to continue her education at the University of Toledo majoring in Psychology. Good Luck in your future program!

2/4/2014- Kate Courtney and Sam Fowls will be signing their letters of intent to play in college on Wednesday 2/5/2014. Please come out and support your fellow panthers as they celebrate their success!



11/16/2013- Kate Courtney and Sam Fowls played their last games as panthers in the District 7 All-Star Match on Wednesday November 13,2013. Both players had great games as they won both games against other Division 2 all-stars. Congratulations on a great season and good luck in your future careers in college!

Kate Courtney will be attending Concordia University in Ann Arbor and will be playing volleyball there while studying Pre-Law. Sam Fowls will be attending Owens Community College to continue her career in Softball and studying Biology. Good luck to both ladies!

10/20/2013- The Seniors played their last volleyball game in a panther jersey with a defeat against Bowling Green in the sectional finals. Seniors Mikki Bellman, Sam Elliot, Meredith Rogers, Macy Stichler, Sam Fowls, and Kate Courtney did a tremendous job this season. They improved in both on the court and in the classroom performances. All six girls will be surely missed in the gym next year. Good luck to all the ladies in their future college endeavors.
