Question, Persuade & Refer: Suicide Prevention

When: Thursday, February 28th, 6:00pm
Where: JFK Commons area
Please join us for Question, Persuade & Refer Suicide Prevention Training.

This Session will cover:
  • Myths and facts about suicide
  • Recognizing symptoms of someone thinking about suicide
  • How to ask questions to assess the situation
  • How to persuade the person to stay long enough to get help
  • How to refer them to a professional

All are welcome, but space is limited.

As an active member of our advisory board and partner with the implementation of our CTE Revitalization Grant, Nick has been instrumental in helping us work towards "Inspiring, Challenging and Preparing" every student for graduation
and a plan beyond high school.
