Nicolas holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a major in Business Administration.

Nicolas started working in Information Technology for Femsa Group in Mexico (Cerveceria Cuauhtemoc and Cadena Comercial Oxxo).
He later founded five Value Added Reseller companies focusing in data communications and networking areas (LOGON, LAN, PEMSA, Vertex Norte and TIMSA). LOGON became one of Mexico's 10 most important Small and Medium Businesses and one of the 100 largest Networking resellers in North America.
He was Mexico's Country Manager for Madge Networks and then moved to handle Product Marketing, Operations, Call Centers and internet stores for Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett-Packard Company.
Later he joined Sony Ericsson as Director of Customer Services in Latin America and Head of Global Contact Centers, managing more than 30 centers supporting over 150 countries.
Nicolas later became General Manager of start-up Connectica Solutions in Houston, a company dedicated to provide Contact Center, Managed and Professional Services.
He is now working for Dell, Inc. within Enterprise Solutions group focused on Server Solutions worldwide.

He has received the prestigious "Most Valuable Thought Leader" award from Frost & Sullivan, for his contributions in executive conferences, and is currently President of EXATEC Houston, an alumni association for Monterrey Tech University, with more than 700 members, and serves as Secretary for the Latin Entrepreneur Chamber of Houston.

He enjoys technology innovations, biking and car racing.
