On Valentine's Day, join hundreds of equality advocates across the country to #LicenseOurLove in communities from coast to coast and raise awareness on why civil marriage equality matters.
In our fight to protect and respect all loving families, where will you act to #LicenseOurLove?
Since the early 2000's, Marriage Equality USA (MEUSA) and its partners have organized #LicenseOurLove actions on Valentine's Day and Freedom to Marry Day to raise awareness of the importance of marriage equality. In states that lack the freedom to marry, couples put a human face to our struggle by requesting marriage licenses from their County Clerk or Recorder. In other states, alternate events show solidarity with our friends and family in states where they cannot #LicenseOurLove and demonstrate that our fight continues until everyone can marry the person they love - no matter where they live, work or travel!
#LicenseOurLove is a program of MEUSA and is supported by our allied organizations and individuals.
